Answers, vocabulary and a real mailbox

Three layers of help live here: the fastest route out of common trouble, the shorthand decoded, and the questions most frequently asked by first-time buyers, answered without padding.

Getting unstuck, in order of speed

Match the problem to the owner and most trouble resolves in one message. A listing question, a dead link, a spec doubt: the shop owns it, and your agent's chat relay is the tool. A warehouse question, a missing photo, a storage worry: the agent owns it directly through its support channel, and the published policies you saved while running the paper-trail checks are your reference. A parcel already flying: the freight line's tracking page owns the status, and the agent owns the claim if something goes wrong at delivery. A question about this catalog itself, a stale fact or a broken shelf: that one is ours, through the mailbox below.

The expensive mistake is routing upward too late: asking the agent about a spec after paying, or asking the shop about freight it never controls. The route strip doubles as a routing table for who owns which stop.

One habit speeds every lane at once: lead with the order number and one sentence of ask. Support queues at busy desks triage by clarity, and a message that names the order, the item and the single thing you want resolves in one round trip where a paragraph of backstory takes three. Attach the screenshot you would want to receive if you were answering.

The vocabulary, decoded once

QC
Quality check: the warehouse photo stage. The photo page covers reading it; the letters just mean the pictures of your actual piece.
GL
Green light: your verdict that the photos pass and the item may ship.
RL
Red light: your verdict that it fails; the piece goes back toward the shop while it is still cheap to send.
Haul
One consolidated box holding several purchases, and by extension the unboxing of it.
Consolidation
The warehouse packing several of your purchases into one box so they share the freight bill; requested at stop five of the guide.
Freight line
A named shipping product with its own rate card, divisor, speed and refusal list. Same box, different line, different bill.
Cards decoding the terms QC, GL, RL and haul with one-line definitions
The four terms that fill every thread, kept on one card.

Questions that land in our inbox

Does Weidian ship to my country?

Weidian shops post domestically inside mainland China, and the platform's own desktop site does not even address buyers, let alone foreign ones. The working route is the agent route this whole site describes: shop posts to warehouse, warehouse consolidates, freight line flies the box to you.

Why is the page I opened entirely in Chinese?

Because the shop is a Chinese business selling through Chinese social commerce. Browser translation makes titles readable, but the numbers that matter, measurements and prices, live in description images that translators slide off. That is why this catalog leans on measurements requested at the warehouse instead.

Why did my agent say the link is dead when the card is still up?

Small Weidian shops delist sold-out and between-runs items overnight rather than marking them out of stock. The card you saw is a photo of the shelf, not the shelf itself. Pick the nearest alternative card, or ask the agent to query the shop about a restock.

How much does a first order really cost beyond the item?

Count five layers: item, domestic post, the desk's service fee if any, international freight by billable weight, and whatever your country levies. The costs page walks each layer and its calculator turns your box into the freight number before you commit.

Which of the four agents should a beginner pick?

Wrong question, honestly: they lead on different dimensions, which is why the comparison page matches desks to scenarios instead of ranking. Decide which published fact matters most for your first box, storage days, photo depth or link handling, and the matching reads itself.

How long does the whole route take?

Count three clocks, not one. Shop to warehouse is days for stocked items and up to weeks for made-to-order runs. Warehouse to box depends entirely on how long you let purchases pool, which is your choice, not a delay. Box to doorstep is the freight line's published window plus customs luck. Agents show the first clock in order statuses and the third on each line's page; only the middle one is under your control, which is exactly why it is the one worth using deliberately.

Will customs let a box like this through?

Personal-use imports are routine in most destinations, each under its own rules and thresholds, which this site deliberately does not summarise because they change on their own schedule. Declare honestly, keep receipts, and read your national customs page for the current figures; the customs section explains the mechanics that stay constant everywhere.

Reaching the operator of this site

weidian-global.com is maintained by the Weidian Spreadsheet Worldwide editorial desk, the same people who write the observation log. Mail [email protected] for corrections, dead shelf routes or questions the FAQ misses; corrections become dated log entries, not silent edits. We are not the platform, not any agent, and cannot see your orders, so order-specific trouble routes faster through the owners named at the top of this page.
